This is a very beneficial post for those trying to decide how to best allocate their time and resources.

I love this line: “Sometimes it is better to reflect that 1-2 shiny portfolios instead of filling it with all the odd-jobs that you have accumulated over time.”

Yep this is something I have become increasingly aware of. I find that not all time is created equal. What I mean is that during the day on the weekdays this is my ‘prime time’. I am alone, I am in the working mindset - this is the time to crank and not be wasted.

However, evenings and weekends I kick back a little. So I’m arranging my time so that I generally do blog reading and such in the kick back time and try and spend as much of my prime time on money making activities.

It also helps to identify which activities actualy earn you money!

I dont know if I agree with the paid forum post thing either but am definitely with you on the put your time to something productive theme.

Sigh,yes I couldnt resist the big G PR thing again myself yet i guess too that some things just need to be said.

Still, I plan on getting around to some of my other sites and doing a little work on those,cheers have a gr8 weekend

Hey, excellent post YC! Although I don’t agree with posting in forums to make money! I used to do that when I first began making money online too and its just NOT worth the time (if you are just thinking about the money while posting).
