When learning how to make money online, I try to help others as well. But the problem is I am not an expert and I do not make big money online like some reported figures from other bloggers so why should anyone believe me. I barely make enough to pay the bills and my daily 3 meals and this after already spending almost 4 months blogging full-time. A huge slice of it does not come from this blog. It comes from other simple blogs that do not profess profound wisdom, and other little freelance gigs like writing and getting affiliate marketing leads. But the majority comes from the simple low cost low maintenance blogs that I first learned adapting from Garry Conn and then reinforced via Blogger Unleashed.
I am going to turn some readers away I suppose by re-directing them to other bloggers. But better they learn the real shit then beginner’s bollocks. They are better and can teach more about making money online while I am still learning. I admit reading the Probloggers and John Chows and even pointed them out but hell, most people start from there and it’s what effort you make to find the really effective methods. After I found Garry Conn and now Vic’s own make money online blog Blogger Unleashed, they have taught me more and better stuff in a few short weeks than what anyone can learn in a few years from the other A-Listers’ rubbish. The two of them shoot from the hip but as always READ BETWEEN THE LINES and learn. Now many JC and PB fanboys are gonna shit on me and laugh at my struggles, but screw that, if you wanna waste time watching another idiotic video about watching grass grow, go waste your time with them. If you really want to make money online, enough of that PR crap - time to make your time profitable. So go check out Garry Conn and Blogger Unleashed, and learn something useful about making money online.
If you want inspiration, self-development articles or just a pep-talk once in a while, yes you can come back here and read some. The methods are there and can bring you results when you put in your best effort but sometimes it may not come as fast as you hope. So during those down periods when you feel like returning to your day job like I have a few times, you can come visit me and share a laugh at each other’s struggles before stepping on the accelerator again. And if I find some more real deals online I’ll make sure to tell you - there’re a few more actually but I’ll spread them out over a few posts so you can still actually learn from my mistakes, and come back here actually.

3Hey JC, tell us how you really feel. Actually I totally agree with you, I have a post coming up where I’ve been collecting actual real make money posts. One of those is one of Vics’ posts. I want to use it because the information is really good. Although I risk bringing the critical eye of Vic to my site. Although I don’t have any bogus make money posts so I think I’ll be OK. Good work. Don’t get frustrated. Emma

4Hi JC,
you talk nothing but the truth. The most difficult market in blogging is “teaching how to make money blogging” (according to Yaro Starak) and I realized that a couple of months ago. Therefore I quit writing about it and decided to write about what I can master, which is skiing, astronomy and metal music. I decided to put my energy to something in which I can teach people because teaching sells right now, according to teachingsells.com.
The point is to keep on building your business and being strong enough to go over the difficult times. Right now my three blogs
http://homeboyski.com
http://homeboyastronomy.com
http://metal-music-videos.com
make few dollars a day, but they have at least doubled their income every month. I am sure I will make my living via blogging in 2009. I am setting up few more blogs with my friends and year 2008 is going to be spent on building those blogs.
JC, focus into what you can master and keep on building your business. It will be successful one day. Try to find niche markets that are not cowded. “Teaching how to make money blogging” is crowded for sure, and that’s why it is so damn difficult to survive in there.

5Hi YC,
You are spot on and too bad if some don’t get it. I’m also a Vic convert and between him and Grizzly I learn everything there is to make a difference in the future of niche marketing.
These guys rock and everybody who thinks otherwise just doesn’t get it.

7YC me calling you JC was a typo. I’m sorry about that. I know what your name is by now. Also I think Vic read my comment because he visited my blog. He says he has some advice for me. Cool.

11That’s so true. I am not sure myself if the amount they say they rake off bogging is even true. We can really generate some income but I do believe it isn’t that enough for you to quit your day job.
