The final entries of this contest was released a few days ago on blueJAR.com, and now it is time for my top 3 picks. Sarah of blueJAR.com received a massive total of 44 entries and I must congratulate her on a job extremely well done. My own entry was here in case you have not read it.
Each entrant has to select, in their own opinion, their best 3 posts from the list, and the winners will be the ones with the most votes. And my selections are (in no particular order):
The other entrants have written great “How To”’s on a wide variety of topics, and worth a read. I have included them below for your quick access.
A contest such as blueJAR.com’s is a great way to stir up your creative juices and stand a chance to get rewarded as well. While Sarah is offering cash prizes, many other blog contests provide amazing goodies such as iPods or even TVs. You can both make money from these or recycle them as prizes for your own blog contests (which not only generates publicity but also traffic). So always keep an out for them, and fit in a few to your blogging schedule.
Meanwhile, enjoy a good read from the above posts, while I sit back and wait for Sarah to inform me that I have won the first prize.

5@ Haris - Definitely! The difference is that I’ll probably win. Uh, yeah. ;)
@ James - You’re welcome! Feel free to drop by again :)
@ Shaun - Well, hopefully I get to win ‘cos the money would come in handy for Christmas! It’s a pity you couldn’t vote - would have been interesting to see your other selections.
@ Monika - Cheers and thanks for the compliments as well! I think you stand a great chance - your article has been selected by quite a few if I remember correctly!

10I was really impressed with the results Sarah acheived on this contest. She got good responses, built stronger loyalty, and of course created many links to herself. It didn’t cost much either.
I see another promotion with Alilsumptinsumptin’s site where they are cross promoting a 90 day 90 feature idea. They are all artists and are selling physical items but they are creating alot of links to a niche market. It is almost like doing a review of 90 blogs and creating 90 links if they succeed. I have an idea I wanted to share with you by email and get your feedback on it.
Talk to you soon.
Cheers!
